NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
At the November 29, 2011 Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) meeting, the HPC denied a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) application for a two-story rooftop addition to the historic St. Andrews Hospital building at 414 7th Avenue Southeast. Also at that meeting, the HPC denied a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) application for a six-story apartment building with a church at 401 8th Avenue Southeast and 414 7th Avenue Southeast
The applicant, Daniel Oberpriller of CPM Development, LLC, is appealing the HPC decision.
This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Zoning and Planning Committee of the Minneapolis City Council on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S. 5th St., Minneapolis, MN. Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
