- Consider the Neighborhood Master Plan*/ seeking vote of approval. Also look at procedure of how to implement the plan
- Zoning & Planning
- Consider tabled item/ Zoning Code Changes re: Fraternities and Sororities
- Update on last Z & P committee meeting: Kafe 421, Joe Welp applications for expansion of non-conforming use to add units to two rooming houses, Schafer Richardson Task Force
- Second Ward meeting update/ letter to regents/ U actions
- Any other committee reports we have time for
